In real life James Bond would never be accepted as a secret agent

Yup thats right. I was flicking through my teletext on tv, and saw this article about how in Britain, the secret service are only accepting ppl no more than 5'11 tall! And if you compare that with Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan are around 6 feet tall. The reason for the height restriction is because the british secret service don't want agents to stand out, when they're undercover.

I always enjoy reading about current events around the world. . I hardly ever watch the news. So teletext Is my way of keeping in touch of the world. But yes I can't take off the teletext without knowing the football scores first. :)

I, for one, knew James Bond would never be accepted as a secret agent in real life. But I thought that's because his conception of a "discret, silent spy" means shagging every woman he comes across, blowing up everything he can put his hands on and telling everyone his real name all the time. But maybe that's just me. ;)
