Spoiler X2! -- for those who haven't seen x2 yet...
I still don't get it, why does Rogue flies away with the jet in one of the last scenes of X2? Is it a refferal to the comics?
Maybe a pointless question, but I really want to know why she did that.. I am asking this to myself every time I see X2..

I'm not positive what you mean, but I think it was just beacuse she wasn't wearing a harness or a seatbelt and evryone else was??

uhm..no, that's not what i've meant. It was the scene where the x-men were in Alkali Lake. And Rogue, Pyro and Ice man had to wait in the jet. And then Pyro left the jet, and says to Rogue: you don't do everything what you have been told to (or something?). And then a while later, the X-men returned to the jet, but the jet was gone and they all have to wait for Rogue, because she flew away with the jet. Well..maybe it isn't a referral or something, maybe she just always wanted to fly the jet.
