I was wondering if this movie is fucking enormously funny like it says on the case. Does this movie rock and is there going to be THE CAT IN THE HAT COMES BACK? with mike myers.

I would highly doubt there would be a 2nd cat in the hat after the cat in the hat not doing so well and getting horrible reviews. I bought this movie today. The extras are totally kick ass and I thought the movie was good. Im glad it wasnt all little kid jokes and they spiced up the humor a little.

Not doing too well? What are you smoking? Cat in the Hat made just over $100,000,000. It got horrible reviews, but it wasnt that bad. My big problem was it had no audience. Too mature for the kiddies, too childish for the 12 and up crowd.

It was very high budget...They were hoping this would do a lot better in the box office. Gothika was released the same time and made 60 million....

That was just it's american box office take. It's world wide gross made it quite a bit higher, plus Id imagine the dvd is doing extraordinarily well. Kiddie flicks always do.

Dr. Suess's widow won't allow any more of his books to be adapted into movies.

So we won't see Danny DeVito as the Lorax then?
