Title: The Butterfly Effect
Starring: Ashton Kutcher
Released: 6th July 2004
SRP: $27.95

Further Details
We've managed to get hold of some early details on The Butterfly Effect which stars Ashton Kutcher, Melora Walters, Amy Smart, Elden Henson and William Lee Scott. The film will form part of the Infinifilm range, and will be available to own from the 6th July this year. Retail should be set at around $27.95. As well as some holographic foil packaging, you can expect the set to include the theatrical version of the film, as well as a director's cut that includes an alternate ending. Also up for grabs will be an audio commentary, documentaries and deleted scenes. I'm afraid that's all we have on this one right now, but we're expecting the official disc announcement in the very near future. Stay tuned for that.

I'll probably buy it if the original ending is all it's hyped up to be.

Yep, I intentionaly stayed away from theaters when this was out so as not to be tempted to see the supposedly inferior producers cut. The director said his original cut was much more hardcore and unflinching. So I'll pick this up and get to see it for the first time in full form.

I loved it in the theaters... I can only imagine liking it that much more on DVD with a director's cut!

Yeah, cause the ending they attached to the theatrical cut was totally happy....

I might rent this so I can laugh at the horrible child actors, but more than likely I won't.

They should have used this poster for the coverart.
