Oh shut up, you drunken cow. Halle couldn't thank everyone...
DIANA ROSS HITS OUT AT HALLE BERRY
Pop icon Diana Ross has hit out at Hollywood actress Halle Berry -- because she didn't thank her during her "Monster's Ball" Oscar acceptance speech in 2002.
The 60-year-old singer -- who has starred in movies including "Mahogany" and "The Wiz" -- is upset Berry didn't draw attention to her efforts in paving the way for black actresses.
She says, "Halle Berry stood up there and thanked everybody else but never said Diana Ross.
"I was nominated for an Academy Award for 'Lady Sings the Blues.' If it hadn't been for what I did, maybe she wouldn't have been standing there getting an Oscar.
"Not that she had to say anything, but just a little reminder."
During Berry's emotional acceptance speech she said, "This moment is for Dorothy Dandridge, Lena Horne, Diahann Carroll.
"It's for the women that stand beside me -- Jada Pinkett, Angela Bassett, Vivica A. Fox and it's for every nameless, faceless woman of color that now has a chance because this door tonight has been opened."
Diana, who celebrates her 60th birthday today, was said to have taken some bad advice about her film career, which was halted by poor performances back in the '70s.

Maybe she should sue Halle for Emotional Stress thanks to her not being mentioned at the Oscars.
Is this something she said recently? Wow, how pathetic can you get! It's over a year later, and she's still bitching about an unimportant issue. Great stuff!
Poor Diana Ross... No one cares about you any more! *sniff*
Hey, what about Butterfly McQueen?! :p

It must be hard to be the center of attention for so many years and then be cast aside and forgotten. Her tour a few years ago bombed. Now she knows how the other two Supremes must have felt when Diana left them to begin her solo career.

hmmm...maybe she didn't thank you because....
YOU'RE NOT THAT FUCKING IMPORTANT!!!
god, shut the fuck up, diana...you had your moment of glory back when disco was king and clothing was stupid...
just because one of your crowning achievements is fucking gene simmons of KISS, you don't have to ruin Halle's moment...
Death to Diana

Paving the way for black actresses? What? Diana Ross was a terrible actress. Whoopi Goldberg and Oprah did more for black actresses in The Color Purple then she ever did.
In conclusion: shut up bitch.

Uh yeah Diana Honey you may HAVE made a mark but there were a few actresses like already mentioned. I think she trying shift gears away from her recent drunk driving arrest
The only mark this woman made on Hollywood is the scar left from a miserable crapper of a film called THE WIZ. This sad knock off of THE WIZARD OF OZ was nothing more than a chance to make a buck. What next? Did she cure cancer? Did she invent the internet? Maybe she could hock the next Diana Ross "Chia Pet".

Yeah, and may I remind you that you sucked in that, too. You were nominated, and it was dumb luck at best.
The next time this moonshine swilling, barbituate popping reject from the only thing that truly made her famous (The Supremes) opens her yap, somebody please go Jet Li on her drunk ass.

LOL! Halle had her problem with drunk driving too. Maybe Diana feels a connection?

"Not that she had to say anything, but just a little reminder." That's the best part: trying to hide her self-absorbance with this sentence, as if it was just a casual remark. Fucking hypocrite. You weren't mentioned because you aren't important. Deal with it. Call a psychologist if you need help to do so, but don't bitch and moan to a reporter in order to throw shit on another person for your own failure, because it's your own fucking problem. If you had a career, you wouldn't need the recognition. Quit drugs, start working and STFU. That's how you WILL make the so-called "efforts in paving the way for black actresses" that you HAVEN'T done.

People like this are why acceptance speeches are so long and dull.
I'd like to thank Bob.
I'd like to thank Bill.
I'd like to thank Joe, for the incredible work he's done, I love you Joe.
I'd like to thank Tim.
I'd like to thank Ronnie.
I'd like to thank my agent Tommy, thanks Tommy!
............ by this point I'm fucking zoned out.
Let them just say "I want to thank everybody," and then move about to how hard you worked yourself to get this award. That's what gets me about all these award shows, we watch it to see the winner, and how much endurance someone's memory can hold up before the orchestra starts playing, or they just skip it off and say "And thank you to everyone else".
I'll never forget the one music awards show in the 80's. I think it was Motley Crue that won an award and came up there with a folded piece of paper while they sipped on champagne bottles naming off in a Joey Spicolli fashion that needed thanked. The highlight was at the end when the lead singer said:
"And uh... thank you to President Ronald Regan dude!"
