Here's a few goodies:
The Tall Man, "Phantasm"
Rene Belloq, "Raiders of the Lost Ark"
John Gillon, "Diggstown" (tell me Bruce Dern wasn't an S.O.B. in that flick)
Zed and the Gimp, "Pulp Fiction"
Mr. Blonde, Joe, and Nice Guy Eddie, "Reservoir Dogs"
Major Konig, "Enemy at the Gates"
Brick Top, "Snatch"
Royer-Collard, "Quills"
And the grand-daddy of villains...
Hans Gruber
Oh, yeah, and Maul, too. ;-)

Mr. Rhote (sp?) from WAIT UNTIL DARK and Darth Vader are tied for first in my book. Alan Arkin was EVIL in that former. /ubb/eek.gif

There are a lot of top-quality villains out there, but all of them pale in comparison to the Dark Lord of The Sith. Vader is the one and only.

Not to say that Darth Maul wasn't cool too.

Jack Torrance: "The Shining"
Early Grace: "Kalifornia"
Buddy Ackerman: "Swimming With Sharks" Kevin Spacey plays that asshole boss we've all had at one point or another.
Skeletor: "Masters of the Universe" He had one of the silliest/coolest lines ever. "I am more than man...more than life...I AM A GOD!"
Mickey and Mallory Knox: "Natural Born Killers"

I'd have to go with Darth Maul. Rene Belloq second and Hannibal Lector third. Darth Vader, Cyrus the Virus, Agent Smith and T-1000 are great too.

Good choices, but nothing can beat my nomination!
He devours worlds.
He is known as the Dark God, the Chaos Bringer.
Beings throughout the universe tremble at the mere mention of his name.
*Music swells*
His name is Unicron!

Look, he kills an innocent woman in a vietnamise village, kills another sargeant so there's no evidence, and he attempts to kill the protaganist of the film. I dont know about you, but i consider that pretty villainous.

Drew Barrymore's fiance from Wedding Singer. What a bastard!
Christopher Walken's character from a View to a Kill. Evil, yet a genius at the same time (evil genius).
Bill Paxton in Vertical Limit. He didn't understand the value of human life!
The Cancer in Terms of Endearment. That cancer's a bitch!
Scolieri from Amadeus. I thought his character was a little 1-dimensional, but still at least he went insane!
