This is a thread for the first major of the year coming up this week in Augusta. I'd personally like to see Mike Weir repeat, as I'm sure all other Canucks 'round these parts would...
Anyway, predictions and dark horses are welcome here. Feel free to share, golf fans.
Prediction: Mike Weir
Dark Horse: John Daly

Man, Mike Weir's sucking harder than my new Hoover! Four over par...gross! It's possibly going to go down as the worst performance ever at the Masters by a golfer who was the champion just the year before. :(

Woooo..... Golf on TV! Time to get out the chips and beer and plop down on the couch all day!
As always, I'll probably watch the last 30 minutes of The Masters and that's all.

Phil is right there, his first major perhaps? Some great golf being played today, how about two holes in one's within minutes of each other. This is an exciting finish, well as excited as you can get about golf.:)
And the great thing... no Tiger Woods to be found!
Well he did it, finally!
Congrats Phil.

Go Phil, I must say. I'm also a leftie, so it's wicked that he won.

I told you guys, the last 30 minutes are always the best!
I'm glad Mickleson finally won, he deserves it. He's waited for so long to win a major so it was awesome to see him finally do it today, especially at Augusta. But now the question is: who's now the best player never to have won a major since Mickleson just did?

Great finish. Nice to see Lefty win.
And it is official, I am now the Best Player Never to Win a Major.
