No Dursleys in GoF!!!!

this is unbelievable...how could they completely leave the dursleys out, i understand its gonna be a long movie but damn!!! one of the funniest scenes in all the books take place with the Dursleys.

i really wanted to see the fireplace scene, with the weasley twins and the ton tongue toffee. that scene couldnt take more than 10 minutes total. i cant believe this.:mad:

Im sure there will be lots........LOTS more cut out before the final edition of GoF is completed......kinda a burden of having to adapt such a long ass book....just think of movie 5.....whoever directs that will prolly be named a ''Potter butcher'' for all the stuff they wont be able to squeeze in......

Oh well, if they have to cut something, it's got to be the events at the Dursley house.

A ton of important stuff happens in Book 4.

I'm not sad they are cutting the Dursleys out. The Dursleys are fun in the books, but I've found them tedious on repeat viewings of the movies.

The strongest aspect of the movies is the time at Hogwarts...they are smart to spend as much time as the school as they can.

The ton tounge toffee won't be left out of the whole movie I don't think, just the Dursleys won't have anything to do with it. I don't really mind about this, if they need to cut it down that's cool, there's more important stuff and I agree that the Dursleys become a little tedious.
