From 'The News of the World.' That eternally classy Sunday-morning tabloid.

"Love-rat David Beckham has at last confessed to wife Victoria that he DID have an affair with Rebecca Loos.

Despite publicly denouncing News of the World revelations of hotel romps and text sex as "ludicrous," the football superstar admitted privately: "Yes, I did have the affair and I did send Rebecca the texts."

Now, after our second bombshell scoop exposing Mistress no. 2 - model Sarah Marbeck - friends say devastated Posh is secretly considering a 'trial separation.' "

So, it seems that even the Golden couple have cracks in their marriage. Would be interesting to see how this one goes...

Wow, what a shock, another person cheating in a marriage.

 :(

I feel bad for Victoria.

I don't feel bad for either. I don't it sounds kind of cold, as Beck's the one who fucked the other girl, and Victoria's got her mariage somewhat screwed up, but hell. I've never had a feeling of terrific passion with these two -- just a feeling that both of them appreciated the publicity and the "pop idol couple" side of being together. Tough on the kids, but them both? *shrugs* "Best" case scenario: she pulls a Hillary or a Mrs. Kobe Bryant and they stick together, all's good that ends good. Worst case scenario: they split, he'll keep playing football, and she'll pose nude and/or disappear like every other Spice Girl. Boo-hoo.

;)

That's really too bad.....:(

I hope they can get through this and work out their differences.

So he admitted privately, yet it's all over the news. What's the source, their "friends" that would expose them like that?

Heart collector it's worth remembering the beckhams are publicity whores like no others, they are worse than bennifer was at it's height. If victoria suspected she would get a sympathetic front page on the news of the screws (which is, for better or worse, the uk's biggest selling paper) I wouldn't put it past her that she told them herself.

I personally was hoping those 2 would be first before the firing squad when the world finally tires of these awful celebrities. Shame Martha Stewart and Michael Jackson seem to have got there first.....

Ok, it's been admitted...can we get them out of the news now?!

The worst of it is that the "other woman" is giving interviews going inot details about how great of a lover he was and all of the steps leading up to their affair (what he said and how he kissed her etc). The "other woman" definitely got him where she wanted him-in the news with her.

As to if Victioria might be enjoying the publicity of being the poor abused wife- no woman would ever want that- it's too humiliating. Now I'm not excusing his affair but she was pretty dumb to leave him for an extended amount of time in another country alone while she recorded an album in England. Not the smartest thing to do.

People, this is a taboloid. Some people are so gullible, just wait till HE says it himself.

I agree. News of the World is utter garbage.

Lets be fair...the headline hollers "BECKS CONFESSES!"...then there's a 10-page spread fuelled purely by yet more juicy goss' and speculation.

I aint passing judgement until I hear it coming straight from the horses gob.

I believe it, but I haven't been a fan of Beckham for a while. He and his wife are both puplicity whores, and his hair has been ridiculous for years. And leaving England for Real Madrid? WTF? I feel bad for Victoria, but Beckham's an ass and deserves whatever shit he gets.

She shouldn't have to worry about him. They're married and have kids!!! People don't take marriage seriously enough these days....IMO, if they got married they should trust each other enough to be apart without being unfaithful. Besides, they knew the nature of each others' careers before they got married so they should have prepared for this kind of thing.

Having said that, I don't really have much sympathy for either of them...they let their marriage become the darling of the UK.

Well it's worth noting 'the other woman' was sacked as a pa by the beckhams, so honestly it's no surprise she's pissed off.

I doubt victoria will do anything about this- if she leaves him he'd still be england captain/real madrid superstar, and she'd be, well very little indeed. It'd be like Michael Jordan having an affair at the height of his career and then asking the bulls fans if they care if he's cheating on his wife- not if he's winning games for 'em every week they don't. Same thing and victoria knows it.

I agree that if you are married you should not cheat but in practice these extended separations by famous (or regular couples) never work- that is one reason why there are so many divorces in hollywood. People get married for companionship and love not for telephone calls and the furthering of careers.

You had me agreeing right up to that last line. Nobody in their right mind would want this kind of nonsense in the tabs or elsewhere. As for Beckham, he's not a bad soccer player. He's a bad human being and a rotten husband. He's just another piece of trash that plays "footie" and womanizes. Victoria will be more than fine without him. As far as staying together, as mentioned here, so she can save the marriage and still "be somebody", what a bunch of crap. The clock is ticking on this scumbag's youth (and therefore his career). And when his time has passed, she will still be drop dead gorgeous. Fuck him. I hope she leaves him (if all this is true) and takes him to the cleaners...like she needs to, since she had money before his skanky ass, but the kids need a good upbringing too. :D

Oh, and congrats to the British tabs in making the National Enquirer look like pulitzer prize material. :)

I have to disagree with you there ;) Posh and Becks are slaves to attention from the media and they DO bring it on themselves....they are obssessed with their own celebrity.

I couldn't agree more. The News of the World, bless its heart, is real car crash publishing - you don't want to look, but you do anyway.

At the beginning, I thought the entire speculation was untrue (I commented on this in another thread), and I'm not saying the tabloids make it true, but either way - the man's reputation is damaged, guilty or not.

Actually people kept saying MJ had affairs all the time. I remember once, it was a porn star who gave an interview and tried to sue Jordan for some kind of "moral damage", claiming that he'd fucked her one night in Las Vegas before an All-Star Game or something and was so fantastic he tore the condoms and broke her heart and blah-blah-blah...

I know it's completely off-topic. That interview was just HILARIOUS. :D

As a girl, I think Victoria Adams is about the most ugly creature walking around the planet, with exception of Michael jackson. And not only that, I think her demeanor is totally unattractive and 'above everybody else', even around her husband. She treats him like shit, that was obvious from the start. Believe me, I know, I met her once (work), my god what a cunt! (sorry, hardly ever use that word unless really necessary..)

Beckham however, doesn't seems like the smartest of men.. Which is the case with most footballplayers. I interviewed a lot of them for my work and this is the story: young guys litterarly get picked up out of their neighborhood by a scout to play high-class soccer. They have no life experience what so ever, it just happens to be that they can handle a footbal like a wizard. They get into the club, get enormous paychecks, big car under their asses, and then they have to play football. Really guys, brainsurgeons get paid less then footballplayers, childrens schoolteachers get paid far less then footballplayers. But they don't know shit about life, marriage, struggling to pay your bills, etc etc.

That marriage of theirs; Vic seems totally in control, overcontrolive actually.. It seems plausible that he went looking for a nicer and softer lady than his wife. She's a bitch and it's more than obvious. I saw the interview with Rebecca Loos, and she seemed like a down to earth lady, she was wrong, but she has no reason to lie.

Beckham is a fool, Vic is a bitch, and Rebecca seems to win this one with actually some grace..

Ah well

Some men seem to like the bitches. As to Rebecca- she is creepy for stepping in on a marraige and then blabbing about it too- the man has kids after all- too bad Dave didn't remember that there are innocents involved.

I think Vitctoris a.k.a. Posh Spice should just leave him. I mean granted that he is a sexxy bitch but come on if he is going to cheat on her like that there is no telling if this is even the first time he has done it. I mean if he has lied about it for this long who knows what he is capable of. Posh is a very pretty girl and deserves more then a guy who will cheat on her like that. And also why would he sleep around with a girl who would blab about it. I mean come on he should have considered his kids for christ sakes.
