Rap superstar Jay-Z demanded a Knighthood from the Queen in return for performing at Prince Charles' upcoming charity gig in London.

The hip-hopper stunned organizers, putting the bizarre request at the top of his list of demands for the Prince's Trust Urban Music Festival next month.

His bid has been rejected, but the star and fiancee Beyonce Knowles have been invited to dine with Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace, to make up for the disappointment

An event source reveals, "We thought it was a joke, but he was serious. Normally we just get requests for things like sushi and lilies in dressing rooms."

Jay-Z will perform alongside Beyonce and Alicia Keys at the bash at London's Earls Court on May 8 and 9.

These days Jay-Z is a semi-retired rapper second and a buisnessman first. He's not some ignorant gangbanger, even if he dresses like one. He runs a multi-million dollar buisness empire, and by all reports is actually of one the more intelligent and bravado-free rappers in his real life persona (his persona on the mic is not how he really is.He's actually a pretty quiet guy).

That said, he's not stupid enough to demand a Knighthood. Maybe 50 Cent is dumb enough to do someingthing like that, but not Jigga. This sounds like complete tabloid fantasy.

How the fuck this asshole thinks he deserves anything but a size 12 up his talentless ass is beyond me. He needs to be dropped from his label for sucking more than any other rapper on earth (save for P. Diddy and Missy Elliott). And right after that, someone needs to take Beyonce' to an optometrist and get her some lasik so she can see what a troll she's marrying. If that doesn't do the trick, then get her ears cleaned out so she can truly experience what her fiance has unleashed on all of humanity. It doesn't surprise me that she is latching onto the man for being a rich star, but he has no business demnanding knighthood. He isn't fit to lick Beyonce's ass clean, let alone marry her. He isn't talented enough to have a recording contract. And this classless monkey deserves nothing in the way of public recognition.
