HOLLYWOOD legend Kevin Spacey has been accused of being a lying weirdo - by his own brother.
Randy B Fowler - a &L&100- a-night Rod Stewart impersonator - says the Oscar-winner actor is hiding a multitude of secrets which he plans to expose in a new book.
Spacey - who claimed he was mugged in a London park at 4am last week - is also accused of relating stories about himself in interviews which actually happened to his elder brother instead.
"I will reveal once and for all why Kevin is like he is - a bit of a weirdo," said Fowler, 47.
"He was supposedly mugged in the park at 4.30 in the morning. It sounded pretty insane to me. All I can say is what happened in London is consistent with his behaviour, with the reality of who he is and where he is from.
"He has made an art of keeping his life a secret. His private life is very different to his public life - I find that very sad."
The 42-year-old Usual Suspects star has been dogged by rumours that he is gay but he has always kept tight-lipped about his sexuality. Spiky-haired Fowler boasts he's been sitting on information about his brother for 25 years and has written a 90,000-word book which he plans to hawk around American publishers in the next few weeks.
"I've got over 1,000 photos," he said. "I've been obsessive about this. I've got his diaries and the full story."
Drummer Fowler - who lives with his wife Trish in Boise, Idaho - vows the book will answer everyone's questions. He claims it is so explosive that it will help launch his own showbiz career.
"I'm looking for 15 minutes of fame and this book will give me that," he said. "I have never in the past used his name for my own career but hopefully this will help put me back on tour." His wife Trish said: "Everything that Kevin has ever said in an interview is a lie. Everything he said that has happened to him actually happened to Randy."
And she asked: "Who walks their dog at four in the morning? What does he think he was doing? Why was he walking his dog then?
"He was wigging out saying he was mugged, something's not right.
"Kevin has a sister but doesn't talk to her. He makes out he is the head of the family, but it is really Randy."
She also claimed: "He's so screwed up that when his mother died, he didn't put his name on the death certificate in case it alerted paparazzi."
Fowler admits he is desperate for stardom after years of performing as a session musician. On his website he says: "I've been playing drums professionally for 30 years all over the USA and Canada.
"I've played with bands such as Livacious, The Names, Joint Effort, John Matthews Project and The Noi5e.
"Now I'm looking for a good gig with a great band. I can tour anywhere and any time."
Spacey - whose real name is Kevin Fowler - spoke fondly of his older brother during an interview with Playboy magazine in 1999.
He said: "My brother is an extraordinary musician. He still plays part-time, though he does other things too. We see each other all the time."
But Randy said: "I haven't spoken to him for years - yet another lie."
