Again, not gonna list them in order (because I don't have one) but these are my faves:
Annie Hall, Manhattan, Hannah and Her Sisters, and Deconstructing Harry.

I can't believe this, but I have only seen 3 Allen films: Sweet and Lowdown, ManHattan, and Annie Hall.
Annie Hall is the best, a romantic comedy classic. (Out of those three)

Had to post: just couldn't stand for Purple Rose of Cairo not even mentioned. And the sound track was terrific also. Another personal favorite was Radio Days.

PURPLE ROSE OF CAIRO (tender and sweet)
HANNAH AND HER SISTERS (greatest dialogue)
ANNIE HALL (if for nothing else for the "spider in my bathroom as big as a buick" line and Chrisopher Walkens hilarious turn)
BANANAS (Allen at his best)
SLEEPER (OH MY GOD, SO FUNNY!)

It`s such a hard question.Although I haven`t seen all of his movies, I can say I`ve never been disappointed from his movie.I like "Bullets over Broadway", "Radio Days", "Manhatton Murder Mystery", "Everyone syas I love you", well as a whole, all his movies I`ve seen.

Don't forget "Zelig" and "Love and Death"
My favorite is and will (probably) always be Annie Hall.
