See, most of the time I think every movie I watch is at least okay or at least a "6/10" because I stay away from movies I know I'll hate, that's why you'll hardly ever see me rate a movie a 4/10 or lower. Most classics or masterpieces I've seen are at least good, or considered masterpieces for a reason (because they are!). There have only been a select few films that are widely considered to be masterpieces that I didn't like.
I enjoy watching movies and most of the movies I've ever seen, I have enjoyed. I'd say about 75-80% of all the movies I've seen are 6/10 and higher....

I'm so far behind on so many classic movies that it's not even funny. And most of them ARE as good as their reputation suggests.
I also feel the same way about the future, years down the road when I finally see all of the classics that I want to see, I'll go back and see some of the lesser ones.

Sorry, but I went in hoping for a trip down memory lane (though I can't remember being into the toys all that much) and ended up seeing a flick I thought was annoying as hell. Maybe it would've been better if the flick had actually stopped throwing all the constant battles at my face and went into the plot a bit more. I'm gonna stop myself before I head into a rant, but although I'm glad you love the flick, I'm just glad I got through it without having a seizure. Sorry, dude. :(

Ah man, this is going to look embarassing next to all of yours, but:
1. Once Upon a Time in the West- 10/10 (second viewing...been a while since my first, and while I really like it the first time, I LOOOOOOOOOVED it this time...maybe because I saw it in widescreen this time, which made it so much better)

3. JFK- 9/10 (third viewing)
4. Man on Fire- 5/10 (first viewing)
So yea, I've been slacking off this month in terms of watching movies.
Best movie: Once Upon a Time in the West
Worst: Man on Fire
Noteworthy performances: Uma Thurman & David Carradine in KILL BILL: VOLUME 2; Henry Fonda in ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE WEST; Kevin Costner, Gary Oldman, & Tommy Lee Jones in JFK; Denzel Washington & Dakota Fanning in MAN ON FIRE
