and when I mean LANDMARK it's a place well known worldwide :D

Where I am at San Francisco the "Golden Gate" is one well known place always seen in movies that takes place here....

The Core - did feature a frightening scence that I hope I am not on it when it does happen....

It never fails that any movie that backdrops in SF a scence at the Palace of Fine Arts is a requirement, The Rock, Sweetest Thing, The Bachelor, Stigmata...

But the I don't wanna say worst but in The Graduate where theres an aerial shot of Dustin driving that looks like he's going off to his destination in per say to the story. He's acutally going into SF meaning hes going the opposite direction. And in the ending of Boys & Girls Claire Forlani is on her way to the airport. QUESTION, why is the van taking her via Golden Gate? Is the van picking up another fare?

The subtle use of the Statue Of Liberty as glimpsed over the top of the cornfields in The Godfather. You know, when they take Paulie for a drive? Hmmmmm, cannoli.
