Is SALEM'S LOT: THE MINI SERIES on dvd? I have the dvd but on the cover it just says SALEM'S LOT it's 183 min.

YES!! When "Salem's Lot" Aired on T.V. it was broken up into 2 nights, hence a Mini-Series. However the DVD by Warner Bros. is the complete film shown in it's full length running time of 183mins.

ok so why does my two tapes say 184 min. on each mini series tape is that how long the whole series is put together or what?

#1dvdfan upon reading your post, it prompted me to check out my video closet <where I keep all my VHS stuff!> I pulled out my VHS copy of "Salems Lot" 2 tape set. On the spine of the box at the bottom, just under the stock# 12717....the running time is 184 minutes! thats freaking wierd shit....who knows give or take a minute? It just maybe a goof or misprint on the part of the manufacturer...then again? :(

I think it's a misprint, I have the 2 tape set and it's no different than the one I watched on DVD a while ago.
