Walken's monologues and/or mini-speeches are fucking hysterical. Which one is YOUR favorite?
Mine's the Gold Watch story from Pulp Fiction, but his Tooth Fairy analogy in The Rundown is a very close second.

Without a doubt.... The Antichrist speech in True Romance... that one scene alone should have garnered at the least, Oscar nominations for him and Dennis Hopper... the academy sucks ass.. always has, always will

Pulp Fiction gets my vote though I love his tooth fairy monologue in The Rundown and his line in Man on Fire is great too!

Nothing beats the gold watch story, but his confession to Alvy about wanting to drive into traffic in Annie Hall is damned close.
Woody: "I'm due back on Planet Earth..." :D

The man is great with those speeches.
I chose the Man on Fire speech but I like the Tooth Fairy speech from The Rundown as well.

The Gold Watch speech was great. Got to love that nice little turn it took half way through.
The Gold Watch speech is funny to me. I was really torn between it and the Antichrist speech from True Romance, though. He and Dennis Hopper interacted like old masters, doing their best to work one another. Excellent scene. The Gold Watch barely edges it out because it was so damned hilarious.

I would've choosen other, the best he's done is his monologue in Poolhall Junkies.
"You ever watch the animal documentries on the nature channel?"
Brilliant.

The Gold Watch speech, though I was fond of the Tooth Fairy. I saw about 10 seconds of his role in Envy, but he made me laugh then

My thoughts exactly.
What I find funnier is when they're actually in the truck, Woody's expression is too damn funny.

The gold watch speech is hilarious and was an utter surprise when I first saw PF years ago. What a fantastically perverse punchline.

:D I know. Annie is utterly oblivious but Alvy is so tight you couldn't pull a pin out of his ass with a tractor. One of the best bits of a classic movie.

Hell yeah you need to see the Rundown.
My favorite is Joe Dirt. I laugh my ass off everytime. Especially since he is saying to Kid Rock.
"Guess what! I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!" - My second favorite Walken-ism.
