This is probably my favorite genre. But I cant find a lot of movies that fit into this category. Can some of you name a few?

Probably the blackest of all black comedies is:
'Prizzi's Honor' with Mr. Jack Nicholson and Directed by the late, great John Huston.
Others:
'Heathers'-with Winona Ryder
Some John Waters' movies are darkly funny, try some of his maybe.

Check out The Addam's Family, To Die For, or The Doom Generation (which is probably more towards the dark side) if you haven't seen them. My favorite would be Matthew Bright's Freeway, The twisted take on the childern's fairytale Little Red Riding Hood.
"Them are some mighty big fuckin' teeth ya got there, Bob."
"Y'all got a cigarette?"
FREEWAY
CECIL B. DEMENTED
DROP DEAD GORGEOUS
AMERICAN BEAUTY
It's one of my favorite genre's too.

Hhahahhahaahaha......
Jeez Quentin, you really kill me man. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Well seriously yea personally I thought Pulp Fiction was pretty overrated. I did think most of his other stuff was ok including Jackie Brown, and i thought Reservoir Dogs was extrememly good.
But I think there are much better directors out there than Tarintino (not that I even pretend to know how to spell his name.) He was ok, but he hasn't done anything latley. Personally I think Pulp Fiction did so well because it was one of the first of the art house movies geared towards the mainstream audience.
But each to his own, I still know a few people that think he's the second comming.

BLOOD AND CONCRETE: A LOVE STORY!!! It stars Billy Zane and Harry Shearer (Spinal Tap, Simpsons) THis movie is hilarious as Billy Zane is a petty car thief that gets caught up in being accused of stealing a powerful new drug. The dealer and his gay "buddy" are after him. Very clever and OH SO VERY Underrated. You guys need to check it out! IT airs on one of the movie channels a good bit.
DEAD MAN, by Jarmusch, with Johnny Depp and Lance Henrikson. Awesome movie and it gets kind of funny when "Nobody" the fat indian comes into play as Depp's guide. Another awesome movie!

HEATHERS
On account of the fact that I was forming by tentative thoughts during those years, and how funny it would be to make that bitch Natasha Kovacs drink....oh sorry, tangent.
Christian Slater naysayer have no effect on me.
"Our love is God... lets go get a slushee."
FREEWAY and FREEWAY 2: CONFESSIONS OF A TRICK BABY
Nothing like Reese really giving to a an infirm Kiefer Sutherland as big bad wolf.
Sister Gomez is equally funny.
"Clean that little white choo choo of yours." Jesus I neary died when Vincent Gallo came on screen.
Vanessa' s step-dad Larry appears in both of these dark comedy tour de forces.
Note, could Christian Slater's Boyd be a modern ancestor of J.D. in Heathers?
