You'd have to condense the story a LOT.

But if we have Harry becoming The Green Goblin then it would just be too similar as the first movie unless they go and fix the suit from looking like a demonic powerranger. Theres so many awesome things they can do with masks today, i dont see how they couldnt do it like it is in the comics.

Im hoping that we have the lizard and/or sandman before venom and carnage at least.

If they follow the comics storyline then they won't have to condense anything. All they have to do is show John Jameson going up into space in SPIDEY2 and when he comes back, all the crew members are mysteriously dead, that could be the tie in for SPIDEY3 because we all know that the simbriot hitched a ride on the space ship. Then in SPIDEY3 Venom and Carnage appears! No condensing and no retarded power rangers costumes, just great CGI villians.

the problem i hear, is that venom is optioned over at new line. so they can't use venom. so, they would have to revolve the whole story around carnage.

Not a bad thing. Carnage was always my fave of the two :D

According to the cartoon yeah.

But according to the COMICS it would be impossible. Theres a huge super-war on the moon, with all the superheroes and villians. SPideys suit is destroyed, and when he finds one up there he puts it on. Later he realizes its alive.

Just to clarify that. But , knowing that, I do think the spaceship thing IS whats going to happen.
