Does RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD II take place before or after the current events in RETURN OF THE LING DEAD?

Well, Im thinking part II happened after part I? I mean its never been sudgested that part II is a prequel or anything.

Plus its evident that the first one takes place in the early 80s. The leg warmers and the clothing style on the teenagers say it all.

I believe it takes place after part one.
Freddy and Frank being in the movie was just a lame attempt at repeating the chemistry the two shared in the first.

The second is set after part one. It's Colonel Glover that says "Christ, not again!" when sees the containers.

Haven't seen this one yet but i want to check it out. I heard it's really bad the worst of the series but i just want to see it once since i enjoyed the first one and the third one.
