From NME.COM (http://nme.com/news/108670.htm)...

Today, NME.COM can reveal the line-up for this year’s GLASTONBURY festival.

All summer the details of exactly who will be playing at this year’s event has been kept under wraps, but NME.COM can now reveal the full list of confirmed bands who will be joining Pyramid Stage headliners Oasis, Paul McCartney and Muse.

Below you’ll find the list of artists playing on five key stages - Pyramid, Other, Dance, New and Jazz/World.

Glastonbury 2004 is set to be their most popular yet. When tickets went on sale in April they sold out in under a day, with an estimated two million people trying to buy a pass to the event.

This week’s NME, which is out now in London (June 1) and nationwide tomorrow contains the Glastonbury line-up, as well as details of an exclusive competition that ticketless fans won’t want to miss.

Sounds like a good weekend, though Saturday on Pyramid (main stage..., I'm guessing) does look rather tame compared to the others.

Are Muse really closing the festival? I didn't know they were that.... big. Guess it's cause I live in the states and they're just starting to break in, like literally... last month.

PJ HARVEY
WILCO
MORRISSEY :D
JAMES BROWN :o
MY MORNING JACKET (You have to catch this band!!!)
RILO KILEY
THE WALKMEN
TELEVISION
THE RAVEONETTES

just these guys alone are a killer line up, let alone the rest of the choices. Every one in that hemisphere needs to get tickets and go so they can tell me all about it :)

Easier said than done my friend...easier said than done. Like fucking hot cakes they were (note the past tense). It sold out practically instantly. More tickets were made available later. Sold out faster than instantly!!! As for the Ebay route? Only if you have a money tree growing your garden. Sellers have been getting over £500 for two tickets.

Only joking, Ive always wanted to go here, but never had the balls to bugger off from the husband and kids for weekend without telling them so they can't track me down.

So BCV, them tickets you might have, taking anyone SPECIAL. :D

With me not knowing a few of these bands, maybe I could do with the music education.;) :p
