Since I saw it in theatres, the three-way with Dillon, Campbell, and Richards in "Wild Things" is definitely up there. However, for pure exploitative sexuality, Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone in "Basic Instinct" takes the cake. Also, has anyone else checked out the Special Edition of "Basic Instinct" out today? They put storyboards on it, including the ones for this love scene. Holy shit was that graphic! Even with the Director's Cut, you haven't seen ANYTHING until you've seen that.

I'm not sure what the absolute best sex scenes are but I will say two that stuck out in my minds in the last five years are from "Bound" and "Out Of Sight." The chemistry was so great between the actors that I remember being very heated during those scenes. The "Wild Things" sex scene was pat and tame. The big "Basic Instinct" sex scene was cool, there was tension, but people only fuck like that in the movies.

I totally agree with you!!
The "sex scene" between J.Lopez and G.Clooney was very sensual, because of the great chemistry between them.
But i must say that the Wild Things' scene wasn't bad at all. Matt Dillon was hot!
