Personally, I think Alejandro Jodorowsky is the king of all head films. He made some of the weirdest films of all time with Fando and Lis, El Topo, Holy Mountain, and Santa Sangre. Only one of his films is easy to buy and that is Fando and Lis. The other three are only available used, and on websites such as xploitedcinema, and this is a crime to moviegoers. Once Jodorowsky dies, Allen Klein will possiblky rlelease these movies to a wider audience, but until then they remain cult films. Who here on the forum is a Jodorowsky fan. What are your favorite movies by him?

I just order El Topo and Holy Mountain. through one of those web sites.

I have only heard of him and can't wait to to watch his work.

If I'm impressed I'm sure I'll be picking up Fando and Santa Sangre.

I want to see Santa Sangre so bad. Not many films get an NC-17 rating from the MPAA for extremely explicit violence. I hope either Criterion or Anchor Bay would release it uncut in North America on DVD.

Unfortunatly (at least from what I've read) the rights fro El Topo, Holy Mountain, and Santa Sangre, are tied up for the Region 1 release. Which means no reagion one unless Jodorowsky out lives the people who own the rights.

If I recieve my DVD's without a hitch I'll endorse the site I ordered them from. (they happen to have Santa Sangre also) Or of course you can always take your chances with Ebay.

Don't buy it from ebay, i ordered holy mountain off of ebay and it skipped, was a copy and also had no coverart nothing and the ending just stopped playing and i've ordered it TWICE and the same copy came through, so i suggest skipping ebay but yes the man had some twisted but good movies.

Which one did you get from Ebay?

did it have cover art on the Ebay advertising?

I just want to make sure I didn't order the same thing through this website.
