I just heard "DOWN" and fucking love that song I listing to that song over and over again but is 311 great? should I get this cd? what else is a great song?

I am glad that you like DOWN by 311. I myself happen to have that album the song originated from but I just play that song personally and thats it.

And they have a GREATEST HITS ALREADY?

Dudes I just picked up their 311 GREATEST HITS cd and MAN what the fuck this is the best cd I got in my entire collection I love this cd I only got it for down but I love the whole cd

I cant really get into alot of 311's stuff, but some is cool. Creatures for a while is a good song, and love song is pretty good.

Pretty much anything by 311 is good. Ive come to find that they are a bit of an "aquired taste" but once you get into them, theyre great. You also have to love their defiance and hatred for music producers...how they sued their's started their own label and encourage mp3 downloading.
Ill definitely have to pick up their greatest hits now.

311 Kicks Ass!!

They have been my favorite band for over 10 years now. Thats crazy!

I have all of the other albums, but this new greatest hits album has 2 new songs, plus a remixed version of Homebrew. So it looks like I will have to get this too.
