Ex-'Baywatch' Star Hasselhoff Arrested
Associated Press
LOS ANGELES - David Hasselhoff was arrested over the weekend on suspicion on driving while intoxicated, police said Monday.
The former "Baywatch" star was arrested late Saturday night on Ventura Boulevard in the Encino section of the San Fernando Valley, said Officer Sara Faden, a police spokeswoman. He was released the next morning.
No further details were immediately available.
In 2002, Hasselhoff checked himself into the Betty Ford Center for treatment of alcoholism.
The 51-year-old actor is best known for portraying lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the long-running "Baywatch" TV series. He also starred in the 1980s television show "Knight Rider."

suspicion?!?!? How can you be arrested on that?
It's either you are or aren't...:D No walking the straight line, holding your arm out then touching your nose back in return, a breatherlizer test used was mentioned...
He should be locked up for:
- planning a rap music album
- Wants to Be A Baddie in a Bond Film

You can't prove that they are above the legal drinking limit, but is an obvious hazard due to appearing to be heavily inebriated.
This is all a show anyways. He's trying to sport that thug image. Dr. Dre's got him running through the trials. His next task is to figure out how to keep his mind on his money and his money on his mind.

That would be obvious but the article does say "No further details etc..." It just kills me that the report is just presenting the story one sided...
