I think the current person already on the 10 dollar bill should STAY AS IS!

Yeah, I saw that article and I thought "What the hell?"

I won't say what my thoughts are on Reagan as a President (or an actor), but I just think that it's kind of a knee jerk reaction to such a recent death. The man lived to 93 years old. That's amazing! He was the only living President to have an aircraft carrier named after him. He dealt a mean hand to the Soviets during his reign in the 80's.

But does it deserve his face on a $10 bill? I don't think so. If anything, let's wait another ten years and see if it still seems like a good idea.

Let Hamilton stay. Just bring out a commemorative $1 coin with Reagan's mug on it, as they did in 2000 with Sacagawea.

Put him on a three dollar bill. Cause that's what he deserves.

OH MY! Thats what my roomate said when he heard it mentioned on ABC News...:D

I think its NICE that Reagan is quickly being honored on some kind of US Currency but quickly bumping off a figure thats already on it?

I think the US public should be given the voice where the late president should be remembered on whatever dollar bill amount or coin.

Maybe he should be on the trillion dollar bill, to remind us how he absolutely butchered the economy. Mortgaged our future.

Put him on the $50 bill to replace Ulysses Grant, one of the worst presidents ever. You can't replace Hamilton though, because he established many of the early economic principles for the country.

Hamilton is on the bill for good reason -- To me, though, putting someone on American paper currency is not an honor. How would you like to know that your picture was being shoved down the panties of strippers, and used to snort cocaine.

Okay, how do you think Reagan would have liked it?

Name a space shuttle after him -- that would be the best tribute to a space cadet like him. Haha. No, for real, i think the ideals of the space program are in line with Reagan's spirit.

I'm really loving Grebdron lately! :D Can't say that I ever really cared for you in the past, but since the start of this forum, I have just agreed with every word you've said here.

How did I ever get on your bad side?

I'm a closet bleeding heart liberal. But don't tell anybody.

You never did, I just didn't think about you much or something.

Booo, go out and hug a tree:D

I jest, I am one myself...

...and, I think that Hamilton was one of the top three or so smartest men in America in his time. Sure, he got killed by Aaron Burr (the most psychotic man to run for prez as well as, well, my favorite), and sure, he was a tool, but he was a genius.

Reagan isn't the dollar bill type, if you ask me, I agree with Bub (can I call you Bub?), name a space shuttle after him.

I say put him on something, obviously alot of people think he was a great president (including my parents, though I was far too young to remember his second term).

Frankly it's a non-issue to me, it's just money.

Ah, fellow children of the 80s. God...I hated the Reagan years. It's best not to talk about it. ;)

I don't think he should be on the $10 bill, but there was a great segment on The Daily Show about putting his mug on the bill. They showed a CNN interview with a big supporter of Reagan being put on the bill, and the interviewee said Hamilton's the only non President on American bills. Lewis Black (who was commentating on the matter) then showed him a $100 bill with Benjamin Franklin on it :)

Hamilton did more than Reagan. Leave him be.

I just want to say that I hope not. Not a bad guy, but a bad president.
