spider-man 2 novelization

anybody read this yet? i just read it and it was awesome. there are a lot of marvel references in it, but i don't know what is peter david's inclusion and what is actually in the movie. any comments.

This book is morew then just a movie tie-in. It has depth, heart, charector devolpment, and kick ass action to boot. Get this book guys!
