Who's your favorite old time Dracula? Mine is Bela...the man may have seemed to overact, but I found him charming with a certain presence about him.

I, too am partial to Lugosi, the granddaddy of all Counts.

Bela was great but I prefer Lee. He seemed to have a nasty streak

Bela and Christopher Lee are great but personally I like Max Shreik, I know he wasn't "officially" Dracula but it was close enough, and his just freaking creepy.

Christopher Lee. Although most of his Dracula's are damn near mute (as well as his Mummy--another of his excellent roles in how to convey emotion through his eyes), hearing him speak as Dracula in "Scars of Dracula" makes him quintessential. I consider Bela just kind of creepy and overacting as a slavic vamp.

Christopher Lee. If someone mentions Dracula, the first mental image I have is usually of Lee in the role. But as IAmNoOne666 said, Max Schreck as Nosferatu was the most genuinely creepy.

Lee was the nasty.
Langella was the sex.
Oldman was the balance.
