Hammer comeback question

Some time ago there was a news flash that Hammer is coming back. Any news on that front?

Yer, remember hearing that, seems like it'd be really cool but I have a nagging cynical feeling that whatever they would make would be sub-par (and not just for the fact that they'd be no Lee or Cushing)

Some of the interviewees of the wonderful documentary Flesh & Blood have commented that Hammer should return & I agree. Heck, if I knew anything about filmmaking, I'd do it.

I'd agree if Hammer would return as Hammer: Revitalized. I'm afraid in this era of copycatting/CGI/"Screamification", there's no room for the Hammer studio I loved. I'd rather appreciate their features of old than rue new stuff that didn't live up to the legend.

The new blood at Hammer have entered into a deal with an Australian company ( I forget the name ) to produce low budget horror films . I'll believe it when I see it though as we've heard things like this in the past .
The sister company made a film called Cubbyhouse which I have'nt seen .
Personally I'd like to see Hammer go into tv as , no matter what , any new movie would be Hammer in name only . The spirit lives in the fans and the movies .
