Well, it seems as though he's going to pick John Edwards as his VP Candidate, but who do you think he should pick?
I personally think McCain would have been the most helpful, but I read a rumor that Kerry asked him to run, and McCain rejected the offer.
Although it seems more and more definite each day, I really hope Kerry doesn't pick Edwards. The guy makes me very uneasy.

McCain has said tons of times he doesn't want to be VP.
So it looks like Edwards.

I could think of much worse than John Edwards. I'd say he's Kerry's best bet at this point. He actually might offer some added stability to the campaign, much the same way Gore did for Clinton.

He really wants Gephardt but is being pressured to take Edwards. Edwards will add charm to the ticket while Gephardt would be a good solid man of credential. Edwards is not really the best pick for VP. His experience is so limited- he has been a lawyer and only a one term senator. Senate people have no experience with running things. They hear arguments and vote on bills. If I was hiring for the job I would think his resume is weak.
I want Bush to win but if I had to have a Democrat run the country I would be confortable with Gephardt. He seems to be a very smart reasonable man. I would NOT be comfortable with Kerry or Edwards (although Edwards is cute that is not a criteria that I feel is important to be president). the decision taht Kerry makes on this issue will be another indicator of how he makes decisions. We'll see...

I can't say he should, or would, but I'd love to see Howard Dean in the White House.
