What movie is this (Alligator movie)??

Now, i remember watching this cheesy film when i was little and don't remember much but a few scenes. It was about a huge alligator and i remember one scene where there was a party on the boat or ship and everybody was dancing and stuff and the alligator was swimming around and also there was a fence in the water kidna like deep blue sea to keep the alligator out. Also i remember the ending, one guy swims under the water and puts a bomb in the alligators mouth and blows it the hell up and that's all i remember anyone know what i'm talking about? sorry but that's all i can remember it's been a long time...

Sounds like "Lake Placid" to me.

Also could be "Alligator", which is better than "Lake Placid". I remember that "Alligator" takes place in Chicago, that's about it.

No no it wasen't Lake Placid and i don't think it was alligator (not sure though), i'm thinking it might've been Eaten Alive (Tobe Hooper's). Any ideas?

Eaten Alive was an absolute horrible movie. I thought it was about a serial killer in a hotel who would feed his victims body parts to a pet alligator. Can't remember the ending, though.

Maybe it is the Amazing Alligator ?

The alligator has this huge size because of genetic experience on dogs, these dogs being thrown into the sewer the alligator eats them so becomes huge because of these experiences on these dogs.

It is a good B-movie and the action is in a mid-west town.

its definately not lake placid.... could be alligator...only cause several times ive watched movies i remember as a kid only to find out some of the things i remembered didnt actually go that way... it very well could be alligator 2, the next mutation...

It's either Eaten Alive or Alligator II: The Mutation.

Sounds like "Alligator 2 : The Mutation". A dreadful movie, but I have the DVD around here somewhere. I'll have a look and let you know when I get the chance.

It's definitely not "Alligator", which, by the way, fits the plot description of "Amazing Alligator" - unless this was an alternative title for the movie?
