I saw the trailer on ACCESS HOLLYWOOD or ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, one of those shows, and all I've got to say is I'm there. The premise goes like this:

According to Greg's Previews, the film's premise follows "modern treasure hunters, led by an archaeologist (Nicholas Cage) who is the eighth descendant in a family all searching for the same thing: a massive war chest treasure reportedly hidden by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin as funds for the Revolutionary War, using a secret code found in the Constitution (and a map that might have been drawn on the back of the Declaration of Independence) to find its location."

Looks like THE GOONIES for adults. I think it's scheduled for Thanksgiving.

Having recently read The DaVinci Code I noticed a lot of similarities with it and National Treasure. Following clues on famous documents/paintings to unlock a substantial treasure. Having someone in a position of authority switching teams and helping find said treasure. I also predict a romance.

Looks pretty "meh" to me. For a moment I thought it was The DaVinci Code movie.

looks okay, I think that Nicolas Cage might only make this movie work.
