Christina Milian as Storm in X3??

So, get this, word is out that Halle Berry does not any part of X-Men 3 if she doesn't get a beefy part and not just a cameo....

oh, boo-hoo... she thinks cause shes an OScar winner she can demand better parts... oh come on... why can't she just be happy to be a part of a great thing and not try to be the "star"

Anyways, now the producers are looking to Christina Milian as Storm... I'm kinda mixed on this. Not sure if she'd be ok for the part, I'm sure she can pull it off, but maybe they just should have Storm in X3 at all...

I like Vivca Fox too. She was awesome in Kill Bill. She could easily handle Storm. Halle was going to drop out of X-2, actually. It was because she demanded a bigger part.
Storm, while a key character in the X-Men, really is irrelevant and unneeded in the series. She's barely had a role in it since the start. They should drop her for X-3, screw even having Storm, and develop the characters who people really care about a bit more. Or bring up a new character that the fan base will like.
And they NEED better writers working on this trilogy. The speeches are sad and cliche and the one liners suicide-inducing.

They've pretty much done the characters right personality wise, in my opinion (im not counting the physical and accent differences for page to screen), except for storm and rogue and maybe nightcrawler.

I can understand why they changed rogue so much in the movies. She's a teenage girl trying to accept the downfalls of her mutation.

To me it always seemed like they were harking back to the older days in the comic where Rogue was sort of his little "student/psuedo-ward". Anna Paquin looks soooo young so I guess that helps facilitate that whole mock-paternal relationship.

But I feel that's gotta go real soon cause I'm DYING for her invulnerability and super-strength to be written into the movie already, not to mention so they can REALISTICALLY pair her up with Gambit and not have to dull his character down my casting some Hillary Duff/Lindsey Lohan movie refugee teen "hunk"!

you make a good point about the Gambit/Rogue relationship... i would hate to see them destroy Gambit's character and bring him in as a young teenage punk.

Gambit needs to this smart, sleek guy, already in control of his abilities and in "charge", so to speak. (yes, I made that up all by myself).

Gambit will be X3, so here's hoping.

Just as long as that fucking Beyonce dosen't get the role...of course her ass may be a bit too big for Halle's costume, so hopefully that means she's out by default.

I hope they don't give it to Christina Milian, I mean does she even have any films to her credit, I don't think so. To give someone such a huge part and tryign to fill Halle Berry's shoes....never gonna happen.
