...coming back after watching the trailer, quite a bit of the footage was shown earlier on mtv buzz but the complete trailer is sort of an odd beast. showing a bunch of the action at the beginning but focusing on the drama throughout the rest of the trailer it definitely is keeping my hope up that the movie will be a great drama/thriller ala Leon. I was especially surprised to see that it ended on a more dramatic type of screen and kept the simple but melodic piano tune up all the way to the end...but man, i can't wait for this movie. I'm hoping that this is good hopefully a great English Jet Li movie finally...

but yeah, the editing feels weird on the trailer but it still looks great. we don't get really any chance to see the fight scenes (filmed by the ONLY legendary martial arts choreographer Yuen Wo Ping of Matrix, Kill Bill, and Crouching Tiger fame) but i'm sure they'll be different and unique (reportedly will be sort of like street fighting, a big departure for Jet Li.

I really can't wait to see this and I'll be playing that trailer over and over again. Thanks for the link again!
