AGUILERA GOING BALD?
Pop beauty Christina Aguilera has allegedly fallen victim to a devastating hair loss disease.
The singer's curly new hair extensions are reportedly covering up bald spots which many suspect have been caused by the stress-related disease alopecia, according to Page Six.
An insider says, "They don't know if it's alopecia, the disease, or if it's from wearing extensions all these years. Her hair is falling out. Her new look is supposed to cover up the hair that she's already lost."
The star's representative flatly denies the allegations: "It's absolutely not true. There is nothing wrong with her hair."

Well, we already knew she was a walking disease bag.
But anything other than an STD comes as a shock.

It's true that she's losing her hair.
It's because I keep pulling on it too much. Sometimes I end up pulling some out by the handful.
You'd think she knows what she's doing, but she says that she likes it when I 'tell her what to do - kinda rough-like.'
Those were her words.
It's not a disease - unless nymphomania is a disease. In that case, then YES, a disease is causing her some major hairloss.

It's probably from the weave. One of my friends got one waaay back in around 1990. It looked cool, but when she took it out, her hair was baby fine, and very sparse.
White chicks with weaves don't mix, as the hair type is a different texture.
For some strange reason, that made me remember the movie The Craft, when that mean Marsha Brady chicky monkey started loosing her hair!

This is SOOOOO not a huge shock. I mean come on we all knew that she had diseases. I mean yes we all would have thought that it was an STD but still she is a walking disease and should be put under house arrest for the rest of her life.

Old would only have something to do with the fat picture. The other picks are of her when she wasn't fat. Without her makeup she ugly, at least to me anyway. Plus, I wonder how many times those legs open in the course of a weekend. Some people find her hot, I find her nasty. But if I wouldn't wake up the next morning in a confused state as to where the hot chick I picked up the hight before went and why my dick is detatched from my body (due to some sort of rot), sure I would fuck her. She used to be hot back when I was in high school and that was in 99.

Huh??? I'll tell you what's getting tiresome is sluts who hide behid the whole "I'm exploring my sexuality" curtain. No your not, your spreading your legs because you want to sample as much meat as you can without having to sattle down and loose your whoring privlagies, It's a joke.
It's one thing to pose for a magizine, that's being sexy, but it's another thing to proclaim your dirty and try to get 14 year old girls to join in all in an attempt to sell albums. That's pathetic. Her whole attitude change was in an attempt to sell more albums, but she claims she was finding her sexuality. I have no respect for that what so ever.

I'm not going to debate you at length on this (I may open a thread in the Rant forum sometime this weekend to address the issue at length). All I will say is that i'm constantly bewildered at the different attitudes towards men who enjoy themselves and women who do the same. Perhaps you would direct the same degree of ire towards a man who enjoys sex. But a lot of people don't. A guy who enjoys sex is a bit of a lad (or a dude if you are American) while a woman is a slut for exactly the same behaviour. It's time people woke up to the hypocrisy of that attitude. I don't reckon i'm going to change anyone's opinion. Your entitled to it. I just happen to think, respectfully, that this attitude is very, very wrong.
Also...when did she suggest that 14 year old girls should explore their sexuality? I must have missed that one.
Oh...and Dirrty was a fucking genius song. :D

You have no respect for me? Well that's your opinion and being how it's your opinion please why don't you explain it.
I'll tell you how I get a partner, I treat them with repect and appreciate them for thier mind and not for how much skin they show. Christina Aguilera does not prompt women to be sexy, she prompts them to open thier legs, which makes it eaisier for guys. But in the long run creates more problems then it does good.
So how would you go about getting a partner? Would it involve a loving 1 hour relationship on a weekend basis. That's how I used to be, go to a club pick a girl out of the crowd, it's kinda like playing Russian roulete, only without the guns.
I know people who have aids and other types of horrible diseases, it's not pretty. I'm not for abstenence or anything ofthe sort. But when people go to bars and start getting "Dirty" they usually end up at some point, "forgetting" the condem or something along those lines.
I'm not for anyone who is all about being dirty.......that's not being sexy or exploring your sexuality. Exploring your sexuality is getting to know someone, who they are and exploring each other safely (using condoms, and various other methods of protection). Not going out and nailing the fist guy or girl who catchs your eye in a bar. That's being a slut, wheather it's male or female.
You haveno respect for me, Ha! I don't want your respect.

Please open a rant about this, because I agree with you that people shouldn't have this double standard between men and women, if your a slut then your a slut, period. But I don't agree in her way of promoting ones exploration of thier sexuality by being dirty. Which she might be trying to say in the video but she does it in a way that makes it not about the double standard, but about her trying to be offensive.
As for the 14 year old girls comment, who do you think is the main audience for her albums.

So if two people meet in a club and decide to go back to his or hers and have sex for the fuck of it without any strings attached then that's wrong? You can only have sex if you both intend to have a deep meaningful relationship? That's a fine attitude. I respect that. But what I ask in return is that people who choose to extol the virtues of sex within the boundaries of a meaningful relatonship in turn respect individuals for whom sex can sometime just be a bit of fun. And yes...sometimes that fun can be dirty. There's nothing wrong with that.
As for Ms. Aguilera's audience being mostly 14 year olds. Perhaps that might have been the case to begin with. But that audience of 14 year olds are now 17 and 18 and she's merely addressing the sort of issues that affect her maturing fans. And I know a lot of people who are a lot older than 17 and 18 who own Stripped and think it's a damn fine album (it's not entirely my cup of tea but I can see the appeal). It's up to parents to govern what their 14 year old sons and daughters listen to. No artist should ever feel constrained by demographics of their audience. To do so would limit their growth as an artist.

There is something wrong with that, the consequences and responsibility and the other persons willingness to respect that. There is nothing wrong with the act itself, it's a beautiful thing. Hell I myself am guilty of picking up and engaging in more then one, one night stand. If I was against picking up in general I would be a hypocrite.
However the whole problem of promoting the free sex idea is that bad things always seem to come of it. For example, you don't use a condom and next thing you know you have a winderful array of sores all over your penis, or AIDS.
How about this, your having sex and your condom breaks, next thing you know you got a kid on your hands. So what do you do. The one you picked up turns out to be a total pshyco. She's keeping the baby and for the next restof your life, you have one hell of a responsibility on your hands, most people aren't ready for it but it happens.
I would not have a problem people claiming to explore thier sexuality if that's what they actually did. For every song she sings about going out and picking up and not giving a shit what everyone thinks, sing a song about the AIDS patients who didn't the same thing. Or the single mothers and fathers out there who did the same thing.
The single parents thing of course can happen to someone in a meaningful relationship as well. So there are two sides two everything here. I just don't like how everyone goes around singing about fuckin and gettin ass while noone seems to sing about the problems that come along with it.
A person I do have respect for, 2Pac, he rapped Brenda's got a baby. At first he was all about social conscience and things that were important. He had respect for the problems that existed but he also wrapped about the pleasures of life too.
Christina does not do this, she does not care. She's out to get money and that's not cool, not at all. If your gonna tell everyone to be dirty, tell everyone to be carful to and what will happen if your not.

Ok...this is my last statement on this issue. I'm not advocating free sex without protection. When did I say that? People who have sex outwith a relationship without using a condom are playing a form of russian roulette. They are dumb beyond belief. But now i'm stating the obvious and this whole dance around the bonfire of moralities is getting a little tiring (and majorly off topic). Oh...and I don't think Christina Aguilera is promoting sex without protection. C'mon. Do you seriously think that? If you are reading that into her songs then you are inventing meaning to prop up your opinion of her.
Another question. Is Prince worthy of the same amount of criticism for the sexual nature of his musical output in the eighties?

If you wish to dicuss something I'm here and am more then willing. But when you start off by saying you don't respect me or I'm hitting myself with the club, it makes me not have any repect for you either and I really don't care if you have no repect for me.
You made a stetment without even knowing my reasons for saying what I say. That's ignorant, it's not constuctive. Psyhco made his arguement without saying anything along the lines of what you said. I repect that in him but with what you said it really doesn't say a whole lot and for that I don't respect you.
Someone has a difference of opinion you don't rip into them, you debate them.
I know I ripped into her, but it's not like she's coming on here or not like she'll ever care what I say. I know that doesn't make it right and if I would have realized that this is the bandwagon that would be following after me I sure as hell would have composed my arguments a little bit better. This thread was just some of us having fun with the fact we don't like her and some who want to tap her. But then this came along.
Well I will not be misconstruing my words again, maybe my spelling but not my words. Of course you have made two pesonal attacks on me so far and you can keep it up all day if you like. That makes you look like the mindless barbarrian not me. But there is no way in hell I am PM'ing someone who first approaches me by telling me he has no repect for me. That is a waste of my time.

Oh boy. No where did I say you promoted free sex without protection, why you would even say that is beyond me.
Nowhere does Christina Aguilera ever say anything about having sex without a condom. However she dosen't say anything about using one either. That's were she has to accept a certain amount of responsibility. I'm not saying she has to say something about a condom everytime she talks about getting dirty, but atleast imply it somewhere. Salt and Pepper did it and it was a hit song.....in the 90's. Since then there has been very few references to people having sex safely.
Musicians today are concerned with money. Sex sells, it's a known fact. So it's all that music tends to be about today is everyone going out and fucking. Do you really think they care if you get aids or some other life changing disease, no, of course not.
Instead it's left up the goverment, parents and schools to try to get the word out about safe sex. What a coincidence they just so happen to be the three things people do not listen to. But what they do listen to is thier music that's telling them the opposite of what the the mentioned before are telling them. So it's not that the music industry is directly telling them to go out and fuck without a rubber, but it's telling them to go out and get thier freak on with as many people as possible. The message of safe sex gets thrown to the way side and forgotten.
Anyway, that's all i have to say about this subject too. I know what my views are and where I stand. I just feel there needs to be more social conscience in music. There is an AIDS epidemic, no doubt about it and it is getting out of control. You can't lay blame on just the music industry but they don't help in the promotion of safe sex.
And please don't tell me about the charities that people in the music industry do for AIDS. It is a tax write off you know and way for them to get press, so you can't really decipher whats geuine and whats not.
Oh and yes, Prince does deserve to get as much flack as Christins, so does Madonna, Brittney, R Kelly (might be a bad example) and anyone else who promotes free sex and doesn't try to get out the message of safe sex.

Yah, how about when you cool down then you can read what I said a little more, because nither you or Pshyco have read anything I said. You concentrate too much what you want to hear me say and not what I'm saying.
Oh ya, I never said at any point that when I was 18 - 21 I wasn't a slut.
Good for you for not biting your tounge, that's what makes the internet great. But seriously read a little more carfully.
Actually this might be a bit easier for you, to sum up what I'm trying to say is this. I'm not against women or men having having a one night stand. I think that having sex with a girl you first meet is a bad idea because of Murphy's law, anything that can happen, will. I think that if entertainers are going to make a statement that it is good to have sex with anyone you want to then there should be an effort to get out the message that people need to be safe as well from that same entertainer. I think that serious relationships are the way to go but that's my own personal experience, they are far morefulfilling.
Now, if you say it's ignorant to call a women a slut that I don't know then I can accept that. But it is also equally ignorant for you to stand up for a women you don't know, isn't it. There is just a great a possibility that she is. There's two sides to everything.
I do not wish for quoth the raven to have type of action takin against him. I'm a big boy with thick skin and can handle someone who wants to say what he has said. As personal as it might be I don't get offended easy.

lol, truth be told I hadn't noticed that thread. I've been to busy on this one ;)
as for the insult, you might as well know it was only meant semi-seriously. it was supposed to convey my point and raise a smile on a few faces.
I do respect you on the safe sex message though, and totally agree. it is important...I ended up doing research into STD's as part of something and it wasn't pretty. The photos from it would make an interesting ad campaign..
Somehow I can't see the latest crop of pop stars miming their hits in front of a video of a collage of sores, warts and pus...its making me go right off my pre-bedtime cocoa ;)
I'm going before it gets too loved up in here ;)
