This is my first post ever and i feel like a newbie entering a paintball field.
I just wanted to say that i went and saw King Arthur last night and i feel that it was...well...simply put... poor. I don't think that it was bad and by no means will it be considered the worst movie of the summer. It was pretty much exactly what i expected, really. There was very little real character development which made the attempted heartfelt commradere/ love scenes feel sappy. I never really felt any good emotion, no spine tingling speeches, and nothing that would make me feel this was anything more than a mediocre action flick.
However I thought that it was fun. I good adreneline pumping PG-13 that parents can take 13 year old boys to. I didn't walk away feeling that i had wasted my money, but i am 18 and the 13 year old style didn't really hit me in the gut.
If i were Roger Ebert, and my opinion mattered, i would give it a 2.5 out of 5 and that's cause i grade harsh.
