Will Robot suffer a drop on Saturday? And what happened to Anchorman? Nice opening for Cinderella. I didn't think it would do that well.

Why Can't White Chicks just die already? Yeesh. And Shrek 2 is finally kicked off the chart:( . And it looks as though Spiderman 2 won't come close to Shrek 2, unless somehow in manages something big next weekend.

Good numbers for I, Robot. It better hope to have good box office legs, considering how much it cost

IMO, I don't think I, Robot will have good legs or word of mouth. From what I experienced, and my own personal viewing critique, it won't have audiences eager to watch it again and again.

And, the Hilary Duff Zombie Squad made A Cinderella Story earn more than I expected, despite the scathing reviews. Aaargh.

RE:

The WOM seems to be good so far. Not great, but good. Most consider it as a solid, entertaining adventure film. The Saturday increase promises good things.

On films of this size, repeat business really comes into play only on 200+ million movies. I Robot should get people recommending it to their friends, thus showing good legs. But it's not gonna get big repeat business.

It will get north of 150 million. 3+ multiplier is likely.

I'd so hate to be the guy at Disney who thought it'd be a good idea to make a "re-imagined" King Arthur right about now

In June, if you had told me that Dodgeball would make more money than Anchorman, I would have suggested professional help.
