Not sure if this is real or not, but it might be something to look for if you watch the movie again, or on the DVD. Got this email message from a reader (cred to 'Scott'):
"I am a Supervisor at a theatre in Louisville, Ky, so I see every movie that comes out. Also, I tend to know more about movies then the average person (yeah, I'm a movie geek). Anyways, one of my co-workers came to me the other day saying that in Spider-Man 2, at the beginning, when Peter Parker is at the Daily Bugle and Jameson fires him for bringing him pics of dogs catching frisbees and what-not and then hands him a pic of Spider-Man, that in the pic Spider-Man is flipping him off and that's why he calls him a menace. Well, being one who needs proof, I checked it out. I watched the movie again and it looks like he is, but it's a little blurry. So, I went up in the projection booth and had my manager look over the reel with me, scene by scene and surely enough, Spider-Man is flipping him off in the pic.
I thought you might get a kick out of this news, if you haven't heard it before."
