i remember seeing some horror flick a long time ago when i was a little kid, it involved some company raising dinosaurs (no this isnt Jurassic Park) one scene I remember clearly.
there is some kind of a bulldozer, or a truck and a lot of people are chained to it, it's at nighttime. and these little raptors come out of somewhere and eat them or rip them to pieces. the movie was pretty 90's-ish. i remember seeing it when i was young in my early 10's early 90's.
also another scene i remember is these guys drive in a car and they see that raptor and i think the swerve the car and go down the hill (not too sure on that) any help wud be appreciated.
