Anchor Bay released a 2-disc special edition of Near Dark.

I love this movie. I bought it on the spot. This is a pretty good looking set also.

It unfolds to reveal the two discs and booklet. Also on the covers in the charector and quotes they say from the movie.

The picture is beautiful and perfect. sounds good and special features satisfy.

I've been thinking of snagging this ever since I saw the cool looking cover. I wasn't sure because of the commentary track (which from what I hear isn't all that great). But hey, I'll grab this along with the Lost Boys SE in a couple weeks!

I grabbed Near Dark when it 1st hit the streets...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Anchor Bay gave this 2 DVD set the royal treatment. A beautiful remastered transfer and kick ass brand spanking new interviews with the cast and director Katherine Bigelow. Grinder I dont know what you heard, but the commentery track was actually very good.

DONT PASS UP THIS DVD!!!:D

That makes me one seriously envious schmoe. I love this movie so fucking much. Who autographed it? Was it just Kathryn Bigelow or were there cast autographs. Goddamn!!! That is one fine prize. I've stated on numerous occasions that Near Dark is the finest vampire movie in genre history. Very few movies come close.

Actually it was just Adrian Pasdar but it was so funny. On the opening cover, if you have it, there is a pic of each character with a quote from one of them in the movie. Above Adrian's character is the quote "I'm ain't human anymore.." and Adrian's autograph is right below it and it says, "Bla bla bla...best wishes, Adrian Pasdar."

It was very exciting to get. I ,too truly adore this movie.

i got this when it was released and ever since it has been my favourite vampire flick and definitely the best one ever made IMO....the dvd is also amazing

I'm another fan, and another person with this dvd. Great stuff, the artwork is amazing. Only bad thing about cardboard covers are the creases. Eh well it's a nice disc to show off and the sound is amazing.
