I would never, ever call Last Action Hero a bad movie, just monumentally missunderstood.
Now bad as in, "wow, that's bad, totally absurd, and completely rediculous but still fun?"
Showdown in Little Tokyo
The Punisher (original)
Commando
Torque
The Fast and the Furious (Both of them)
Most Van Damme and Seagal films.

Damn, how could I forget Showgirls, Mommie Dearest, and Crossroads was good for a laugh. Hulk Hogan's movies are all horrible movies I enjoy as well like Mr. Nanny, No Holds Barred, and Surburban Commando. I guess The Last Dragon would fit here as well, but that movies rocks balls.

I get a kick out of old b-movies, especially horror/sci-fi monster movies from the 1950s; I think it's the MST3K fan in me. Some that I enjoyed...
The Brain from Planet Arous
The Hideous Sun Demon
Horror at Party Beach
The Leech Woman
The Mole People
To a lesser extent, Frankenstein Unbound (5.5/10) can be included in here too, even though it's from the 1990s, and I didn't enjoy it as much as the ones above.
I think a really, really great episode of MST3K can actually make a movie better. In an episode that is so good that I can watch it over and over, the jokes tend to become embedded in the movie itself for me; for example, I came across the non-MST3K version of The Deadly Mantis on television once, and found myself laughing out loud thinking of the jokes that would be in that point in the movie if Mike and the Bots were there. Basically, a bad movie is made much more enjoyable, and if it's not all that bad a movie in the first place, it only adds a whole new level of enjoyment to it.
For that reason, I'd say that I enjoy Space Mutiny, Time Chasers, The Quest of the Delta Knights and Overdrawn at the Memory Bank; and I might even go so far as to say that these are good movies, at least in part because of MST3K. Those are four of my absolute favorite episodes, and I think the show actually improved the films.
Actually, of the four I'd say three of them really aren't bad films in the first place (I'm excluding Space Mutiny). Time Chasers and The Quest of the Delta Knights really aren't all that bad, and call me crazy, but I like Overdrawn at the Memory Bank; as in, I like the movie itself, not just the episode. A lot of misties say it was hard to follow, and it's got plenty of plot-holes and stuff, but it is fairly coherent (although I probably only know that because I've watched the hilarious episode over and over). The movie even kinda reminded me of Brazil...although not nearly as good. And yes, it definitely feels like a public access production - what with the bad acting, the cheesy synthesizer music, the cheap very 80s-like video animation, and the look of it, since it was shot on video, not on film - but to me, that adds a level of charm. Plus I love Casablanca, and this one's got Casablanca references galore.
Don’t get me wrong, I know that a lot of this movie is very stupid, and that’s another part of the reason I like it; the b-movie appeal. I mean, where else can you get a line like, "You could have gotten mustard all over his brain!" and "Listen to me, Fingal, your navel's very deep! I can't even see to the bottom of it! And if you fall in, I can't guarantee to pull you out!" :D
I think there are only about seven people in the world who actually like the movie, though. But I'm one of them, dammit! :D
(Question for anyone else familiar with this movie or MST3K episode. The movie connections section on the IMDb entry for this movie says that the movie The Matrix features a reference to Overdrawn at the Memory Bank. I’m sure this is a made-up “fact” contributed by some user who thought it was funny, but does anyone know if this is true at all? I have no idea, unless they are referring to the scrolling green text in The Matrix and comparing it to the scrolling green text in Overdrawn’s opening credits, but I can’t conceive the idea that Matrix stole that from Overdrawn...)
Shit...why is this post so long? ;)
Nice Marmot

GYMKATA!!!!
I'm telling you people, you have to go out & find this movie. If you like to sit around w/ friends & make fun of "serious action movies" that are so bad they're good then you will thank me for suggesting this one. You won't believe how funnily BAD this movie is!

These aren't as bad as some of the ones I've read up there but...
2003- Freddy vs. Jason and 50 First Dates (Honorable Mentions)
2002- Two Weeks Notice (Honorable Mention just because I cried)
2001- A.I.- My number 6 of the year!! Angel Eyes (Honorable Mention. What was I thinking, right?)
2000- The Grinch (Actually made my top 10 at number 6... this is how odd it fits in: My number 5 was "You Can Count on Me" my number 7 was "The Contender")
1999- Sleepy Hollow-- My number 4 of the year underneath....lol get this: American Beauty, Magnolia and Being John Malkovich!
1998- Great Expectations-- My number one movie of the year!!!
And other fun movies I own....
Troll 2 ( NILBOG Is Goblin backwards!! which I was prob. 8 when I bought. I HATE it now!)
Invaders From Mars (Louise Flecther's an Alien that eats frogs!!)
The Lawnmower Man (flying. Falling. What's next....? Hmm)
And the biggest gulity pleasure of all time in my book is....simply because it's probably the only really BAD movie to make "all time's list" is....
1986- Legend (just because I love it THAT much!)
Yes, there are worse movies, but in comparison to how much I love this and how much critics hated it....Legend it is...bc I really don't like Invaders From Mars all "that" much.
I usually agree with most critics. Especially Ebert, and I know this movie came out at a bad time, after ET, Never Ending Story, even the crappy Black Cauldron, but I grew up on it and I still won't deny it's impact on my life and love for Fantasy films! I know every line. I know all the actors names and the hidden "facts." I even know all those cheesy "Tangerine Dream" songs. Wait, there was only one.
I am way too obsessed with this film for my own good and I've even seen it more than my favorite film of all time "American Beauty"
Probably 60 + and counting. I don't watch movies over and over. Even if I buy them it's about 4 on average....then back to the collection.

I've also enjoyed some of the hilariously bad movies MST3K made fun of that ColinM mentioned. I also laughed so hard at The Dead Talk Back, I cried. Time of the Apes is a guilty pleasure for me. And, I've also seen Overdrawn At the Memory Bank WITHOUT the MST3K jokes---on public television!!!
