Apparently he's been spotted at Pinewood studios shortly after Brosnan supposedly bowed out of Bond.
He's not my first choice (Clive Owen) for 007 but I think he'd be good in the part.
He has presence & always stands out in his roles even if they're clunkers like Resident Evil.

All I can muster is a "who?". maybe thats just the fact that I'm tired but the name is ringing no bells at all...

He played the king in A Knight's Tale & has also done a lot of TV.
His profile isn't huge so maybe he's being lined up for a villainous role instead.
Which also suits me fine given the procession of no marks in recent years like Carver, Renard & Graves.

Ah now I know the guy.
Carver wasn't so bad, but renard and graves were awful.
The great carver debate continues ;)
