As I suspected, the movie is NOT horror, nor is it a shark movie. I read this in "Rue Morgue", a horror movie magazine. The director (or writer or something) is quoted as saying he doesn't know how it bcame hyped as a horror movie or shark movie, because it's neither. He says it's about nature, and the fear of being stranded in the ocean.

Honestly, why would you guys expect a SHARK movie? A shark movie set in the middle of the ocean, with two stranded divers? Get real.

Personally, I was waiting more for something like Deliverance . Tension, Drama, not really "horror" like "big mutant shark 30 feet long".

Edited : Actually, I AM still waiting.

I'd say being left out in the middle of the ocean would be pretty friggin Horrible and would probably make the top 5 of my 10 worst ways to die list.
