Plot (from IMDb): Stacy Holt (Murphy), an associate producer for a daytime talk show, is confounded by her boyfriend Derek's (Livingston) unwillingness to talk about his previous relationships. Egged on by her co-worker Barb (Hunter), Stacy sneaks a look at his Palm Pilot, scores the names and numbers of his exes, and sets up interviews with them -- all in an effort to get closer to her man. Her plan starts to unravel, however, when she becomes friends with one of the women.

Meh, not my cup of tea. Will still probably be a hit, since there hasn't been a romantic comedy since like Raising Helen (unless A Cinderella Story counts).

The trailer doesn't make this look that good, but it's ok, I guess. I'm not really looking forward although Holly Hunter is in it and she's usually a pretty good judge in the movies she's in. Same for Kathy Bates.

I have seen Don't Say A Word and it was just your average thriller. Brittany Murphy played The Crazy Person and I suppose her performance was alright from what I can remember. But judging from her performances in 8 Mile and Just Married I wouldn't call her talented and in her 22 movie career she has yet to make a good movie nor has she given a performance that would make me deem her "talented". However, she's not completley incompetent but I find her extremely annoying and she needs to get off the coke.

God what a stupid movie. I simply didnt understand why we were supposed to care about such an annoying character. I was hoping by the end her life would be ruined as it deserved to be. As far as the ending while it was unexpected it was also lame and stupid making a lot of unlikable characters even more unlikable. I just want to forget about this movie.

Man this movie was awesome, but not for the acting, for the trick it is going to be playing on all those chicks out there expecting to see the standard lovey dovey romantic comedy!

My wife and I went to this movie (for free) and I expected the same ole fare. But when the total humiliation started I was loving it. My wife hated it.

If you want to talk mis-marketing this was it. It was marketed as the fluffiest of comedies, but it turned out to be a screw you babe flick.

I can just see all the teenage chicks weeping as they leave the theater scarred for the rest of their lives because the girl didn't get the guy, or anything, and she was totally humilated by her friends! YES!

This had to be a master plan by some gilted guy, make a movie, market it as a romantic comedy, get the chicks to come and then slap them in the face for betraying him!

And on top of that make them pay him for it! Brilliant!

The writer of this movie is credited as Melissa Carter (i think it's carter)...
So if it's a guy, then he's REALLY screwed up.

I'm so going to get this movie on DVD as one of my "cheer-up" movies.
