To start off with, I am 48 and have worked with high school students for the past several years. (Probably why I am a bit warped!) Left to my own, I would watch old MGM musicals 24 hours a day. But, since being part of this wonderful site I have noticed a lot of bashing on teen movies. (Rightfully so in many cases.) But I think there have been a few good ones.
1. Ten Things I Hate About You
2. Last Dance
3. Dangerous Minds
4. American Pie (went to a special preview and the audience was so cool. We ALL laughed out butts off.)
5. Cruel Intentions (and not just because of the kiss part.)
Anyway, are there any teen movies you all liked, and if so, what are they?

I kind of like Teen Movies, but not as much as I used to. Anyway, here are a few of my favorites:
1. Summer Catch
2. American Pie 2
3. Cruel Intentions
4. On The Line
5. The Fast and The Furious
- there's probaly a few more out there, but my brain is drawing a blank as of right now, so I'll post some more later once I think about it for a minute.
P.S.- The 5 that I listed our not in order, I just put them down as they entered my mind....

I don't know what you would consider a teen movie, does Dead Man On Campus Count? Dazed and Confused?
10 Things I hate About You was surprisingly good. American Pie 2 was pretty cool, although I really didn't like the first one. Down To You had some cool parts, but the movie wasn't overall great. Can't Hardly wait was cool.
Again I have trouble deciphering what is a Teen movie.

Does anyone like teen movies? Are you kidding?! I love them!!
The Breakfast Club(my 2nd fav film of all time)
Stand by Me(a great coming of age story)
Ferris Bueller's Day Off(movie and broderick is too cool for words)
Fast Times at Ridgemont High(filled with future stars and great fun)
American Graffiti(again filled with future stars and the only non-Star Wars Lucas film worth mentioning)
Better Off Dead(John Cusack is hilarious this film is stupid but funny)
16 Candles(another John Hughes classic)
Weird Science(again another Teen gem from the master of 80's teen flicks)
Dazed and Confused(The American Graffiti or The Fast Times at Ridgemont High of the 90's)
American Pie(the best of recent teen flicks, raunchy and hilarious like high school actually is)

I liked American Pie (8/10) and 10 Things I Hate About You (7/10). The best "teen movie" I can think of it Crazy/Beautiful (9/10), which I unexpectedly loved.
I should watch Can't Hardly Wait again, but I did enjoy it. I think I'd give it an 8/10.
If the Scream series is one, that's one I enjoyed. I gave 8/10 to the first and last ones, and a 7/10 to the second one.

Since it appears we are all crawling out of the closet, I can admit to loving a fair few teen movies such as:
1. Final Destination
2. American Pie
3. Ferris Buellers Day Off
American Pie 2 was pretty good but the first one kicked its ass!!

A lot of these movies I wouldn't consider "Teen" movies.
Like Scream, Stand By Me, Rushmore (I love this movie.
Is the criteria movies starring teens and about teens, when I think of a teen movie I think of highscool movies about highschool students, and their stupid problems, movies like She's All That, Ten Things I Hate About You,Sixteen Candles.
Porky's Is a great teen movie

What about Heathers? That count as a 'teen movie'? If so then yes, I love Heathers. As far as like teeny bopper type movies go, some of them aren't so bad. But I prefer movies like Detroit Rock City, where the actors are teenagers or slightly older, but the movies arent classified as teen movies.
