I think the top 3 probably are:

Kevin Smith
Farrelly Brothers
Jay Roach

Yeah, I'd say Kevin Smith at top too, with the Farrelly brothers a close second. Behind, there would be...yeah, maybe Jay Roach. It's weird but I can't think of more pure comedy directors I could put in my list.
