I really like Charlie Sheen, loved Platoon. He can act in a comedy too. Over came a bad coke habit, so he gets a huge YAY from me.

He can play a psychopathic fireman as well - his role in Bad Day On the Block (another title is Under Pressure) was the only good thing in this poor movie.

He was in one of my favorite movies (Platoon), he was Topper Harley and is just as good with deadpan spoof acting as Leslie Nielsen, and he's banging Denise Richards.

Sir Sheen, I dub thee thy hero.

YAY

Mild YAY

I'm not a huge fan of the guy, but I appreciate his work in Platoon, Wall Street, Hot Shot's, and Young Guns.
His surpriseingly long relationship with pornstar Ginger Lynn, was interesting to watch play out as well.

Is he not married with Denise Richards?

Yes, Mr. Sheen is married to Denise Richards. They also have a child.

HELL YEAH I like Charlie Sheen. The man is money in the bank. Ask anyone who saw:

WALL STREET
FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF
PLATOON
HOT SHOTS (and HOT SHOTS PART DEUX)
YOUNG GUNS
THE WRAITH
MEN AT WORK (with brother Emilio Estevez)

And then of course, there's that comeback from addiction. And what a comeback it was. He was terrific in Spin City and he is laugh out loud funny on Two And A Half Men. YAY!!

NAY

I find his acting ultra bland and boring, even in his good films, and let's not forget he was in the abominable SCARY MOVIE 3. Plus, how I can I respect a man who's married to that skank Denise Richards?

Big NAY to this dude.

Yay

Platoon, Wall Street and Young Guns are examples in proof of his awesomeness.

Nay - He was good for awhile, though. My favorites of his are Platoon,Wall Street,Hot Shots, and (my favorite) his role as "Wild Thing" in Major League.

Someone I know told me I resemble him at times.

I was never a big fan of Charlie Sheen. Especially now that he's got a project going on that is "politics related". I find that a big downfall with actors/actresses/musicians who try to make a statement with their work. It doesn't matter if I agree with their point of view or not, it always seems to ruin them. (for me anyway)

That is putting it mildly.

Nobody mentioned The Arrival, a very cool X-Files-ish science fiction thriller about an alien invasion. Good movie and he's great in it.

Of coarse he's great in Platoon and Wall Street as well. And Hot Shots Part Duex was hilarious!

I also loved the action-comedy-thriller Terminal Velocity. What a great ride and a very funny movie too. He has great chemistry with Natasja Kinski in that flick too!

He definitely gets a yay!
