Im going with Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver. This was his best but all of his others have been awesome too.

Although he was really good as Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver, nothing is better then his performance as a ruthless training officer in Men Of Honor, he also gave a stunning performance as the demanding father in This Boy's Life

So i'd say hisbest is in Men Of Honor and his second best was in This Boy's Life

I thought the Godfather II performance was a bit overrated.
