CAREY'S PLAGIARISM ACCUSATION


Mariah Carey is facing charges from two songwriters who allege the singer plagiarized one of their tunes in a case reinstated by the California appeals court.

Seth Swirsky claims the star's 1999 tune with group Xscape, "Thank God I Found You," is derived from the song "Just One of Those Songs," co-written with Warryn Campbell exclusively for the band.

Carey has faced plagiarizing accusations in the past, including a case over her hit single "Hero," which was ultimately dismissed.

No matter whether her career is going in the shitter, I love her songs.

I used to love some her songs and in fact I still do love some of them. But Mariah just gets on my nerves now. I mean she acts way too slutty and sometimes is way worse then Britney or Christina so ya kno. But all in the same her career is obviously horrible cause this is the first thing I have heard about her in like awhile.
