list of all albums or singles released in 2004?

I'm looking for a site that lists all the albums or singles released in 2004 if anyone knows it. Could you please help?

The closest you could get to that is a book (I don't know what it is called but i'll find out) that music stores have that lists all the cds that they can order. I know that such a thing exists because i've had a flick through one. Don't know how often it gets updated though...and it would contain everything available from any other year too.

Why do you require such a list?

Yeah, why do you want such a list? After all, somebody told me this was a bad year for music. :D

I want to listen to some albums from this year since I've listened to 0 so far. I've been wanting to listen to at least 5-10 this year. Plus I would like it for the end of the year when I make my list of best songs and albums of 2004.
