Is there one? I'm SO sure i saw it advertised somewhere before but haven't been able to find it.

There are actually 2. One has just the first 3... and the other has all 4. According to www.dvdaficionado.com both are still in print and can be purchased at DVD retailers/whole-salers/auctions etc. etc. Hope that helps :D
